2021-2022 ACTEC Law Journal Student Editorial Board
Article by Ashleigh Gough, Manager, ACTEC Law Journal
As the academic year begins at The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, the ACTEC Law Journal Student Editorial Board has completed new staff orientation and training. We recruited nineteen new students from the current 2L and 3L classes at the close of the last academic year and are happy to welcome back our sixteen Editors for a second year of participation. For a welcome return to a more traditional educational format, precautions are being taken so that classes can be safely offered on campus in person this year.
Everyone is excited to begin work on the first issue of Volume 47 of the ACTEC Law Journal. This upcoming theme issue focuses on modernizing Trusts & Estates Law and will feature a dozen brief contributions from academics and practitioners. Editing is already underway, and the issue should ship by the end of the year.
